In Huafeng village, Yangzhou, a restaurant called "Linli Kiln-baked Pizza" has been rapidly gaining in popularity among foodies from surrounding cities due to its handmade pizzas baked in traditional kilns.

Broiled using wood from trees like apple, lychee, and jujube amid dancing flames, the pizzas boast an appetizing golden-brown hue and emit a mix of wheat aroma and the fragrance of the fruit woods.
The restaurant has recently began offering study tours for kindergarten and primary school students. Starting from kneading the dough, the children learn how to proof the dough, roll out the pizza base, arrange the ingredients, and finally savor the fruits of their labor, all under the guidance of the chef.
As an integral part of Yangzhou's rural vitalization efforts, Linli Kiln-baked Pizza, with nearby homestays and tofu workshops, has formed a composite business matrix of "accommodation + dining + culture + education", further promoting the integrated agricultural tourism development.
