Yangzhou convened a press conference on Jan 24 to announce the launch of an event that invites visitors to celebrate Spring Festival in the city, running from Jan 24 to March 29.
The celebration is built around six diverse themed experiences.

The event kicked off with a New Year goods bazaar on Jan 24, followed by a festive flower market from Feb 1 to March 1.

Over 150 cultural and tourism activities are planned. Key highlights include a simultaneous bell-ringing ceremony at Daming Temple, Gaomin Temple, and the temple on the Guanyin Mountain on Chinese New Year's Eve.
Nightly drone performances will illuminate the sky above Slender West Lake throughout the first week of Chinese New Year.
From Feb 28 to March 29, Song Jia City Sports & Leisure Park will celebrate Lantern Festival with lantern displays, traditional markets, folk parades and drone shows.
