Throughout the entire expo, Yangzhou, a city traversed by the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, highlighted how it has integrated advanced technology into its traditional culture and creative industries.
An immersive space powered by extended reality (XR) technology helped nearly 200 visitors engage with the calligraphy art of Zheng Xie, a great Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) calligrapher who pioneered a calligraphy style influenced by his drawings of orchids.

An intelligent musical device integrating big data, artificial intelligence algorithms, and Internet of Things epitomized an innovative real-word practice where scientific technology empowers traditional music education. On-site, a teaching demo of zither-playing attracted music lovers.
Yangzhou embroiderer Lu Shuxian's brand developed a system customizing cultural creative ties, showcasing the intelligent transformation of traditional craftsmanship and creating a digital method for preserving intangible cultural heritage items.

During the expo, nine participating Yangzhou companies promoted themselves in various ways, facilitating negotiations with more than 40 companies, all expressing initial intentions for in-depth cooperation.
Short dramas became a key focus among exhibiting Yangzhou businesses. After showcasing its anti-fraud micro-short drama, Teelia Films signed with an investment company from Anhui province for AIGC (artificial intelligence-generated content) development.
In addition, Yangzhou plush toy firm Cozyworld saw increasing online sales of its cultural creative products, driven by live demonstrations.
