Yechun Teahouse, a Yangzhou time-honored brand for Huaiyang cuisine, is set to open a branch in Frankfurt, Germany, at the end of July. The outlet is part of Yangzhou's push to bring Huaiyang dishes to a broader global audience.

Located at Mannheimer Street 21, the 600-square-meter restaurant sits on the ground floor of a hotel under H World Group. Its space design embraces a modern neo-Chinese style, intertwining the timeless elegance of Yangzhou's classic gardens with a contemporary minimalist aesthetic.
Four veteran staff members have been selected for the branch. The executive chef leads a team of both hot-dish and pastry chefs to manage kitchen operations and refine authentic Huaiyang recipes, while an assistant oversees daily operations.
