From June 6 to 8, culinary luminaries from more than 40 renowned tea establishments from Yangzhou and beyond gathered in Quyuan Teahouse, engaging in a vibrant exchange of culinary prowess and bringing their scrumptious signature products.
Meanwhile, celebrating time-honored culinary traditions, the square of the Huaiyang Cuisine Museum of China buzzed with an intangible cultural heritage gourmet bazaar.
At the same venue, master chefs from UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy across China, including Chengdu, Shunde, Macao, Chaozhou, and Yangzhou, displayed their unparalleled skills.
