Here are some must-visit cultural attractions in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province.

Former residence of Luo Pin 

The former residence of Luo Pin, located at No 24 Mituo Xiang, is a typical Yangzhou Sanheyuan (a courtyard enclosed in three directions). 

Luo, the youngest of the Yangzhou Eight Eccentrics, the name for a group of eight Chinese painters in the Qing dynasty (1644—1912), created many paintings featuring plum blossoms at the courtyard. 

Former residence of Zhu Ziqing 

The former residence of Zhu Ziqing, situated at No 27 Anle Xiang, is a major historical and cultural site under national level protection.   

Zhu, a famous Chinese writer best known for his prose Summer in Yangzhou, lived here for 14 years. 

Literary works, pictures and videos that present Zhu's life and achievements are displayed here. 

Wang's residence 

The Wang's residence, situated at No 18 in the Dongquanmen Historical Block, is also a major historical and cultural site under national level protection.   

The residence, which was built in the Qing Dynasty, was renowned for its layout, architecture and wood carving. 

The residence was named after Wang Zhuming, a salt merchant in the Qing Dynasty in Yangzhou.
