The online media group, Rosemary, recently launched a premiere conference for its latest series of food documentaries, Chinese snacks, in Beijing. The first released episode is a Yangzhou special, focusing on various delicacies of the city in East China's Jiangsu province.
The organizers also invited top chefs from some of Yangzhou's well-known teahouses to display several classic local dishes at the conference.
