Yangzhou in East China's Jiangsu province has introduced a series of new summer attractions, offering visitors a mix of water sports, cultural experiences and nighttime activities.

The newly opened Caribbean Water World has become one of the city's biggest summer draws. The park features Jiangsu's first 18.5-meter giant loop waterslide, a 6,000-square-meter pool and a variety of high-speed water rides, providing visitors with a refreshing escape from the summer heat.

Meanwhile, Daming Temple is hosting a month-long wind chime festival through July 26. The event features wind chime displays, craft markets, traditional art demonstrations and interactive experiences.

For animation fans, a cultural park at the Tang City Ruins is hosting Yangzhou's first Chinese animation-themed garden festival. This year's event is themed on the popular Chinese animated series Fox Spirit Matchmaker. The event is offering cosplay parades, live music performances, and limited-edition merchandise.
