Yangzhou has designed special study tour routes for primary and secondary school students to enjoy during their first spring break, which will run from April 1 to 3.
Route 1

Take a boat from Bianyimen along the ancient canal to the China Grand Canal Museum, catching a glimpse into the history of the Grand Canal. Then explore the Ancient Tang City Ruins Museum and the Mausoleum Park of Sui Emperor Yang Guang, experiencing the stories of bygone eras along this once-bustling waterway.
Route 2

On the first day, begin at Yangzhou University for an introduction to ancient architecture. In the evening, take a night tour of Slender West Lake. The following day, visit Daming Temple, explore Geyuan Garden, and stroll along Pishi Street, experiencing the architectural wisdom and timeless charm of classical buildings.
Route 3

Head to a cultural workshop to learn paper-cutting at the Renfengli Historical and Cultural Block, visit Dongguan Street to get hands-on with the craft of Xiefuchun cosmetic powder making, and watch a Yangzhou pinghua (stortelling) performance at Shaotang Storytelling Hall.
