Try to balance eggs

On the day of the Spring Equinox, people in Yangzhou enjoy balancing eggs. This tradition dates back about 4,000 years. It was initially a ceremony to celebrate the coming of spring. Some believe that on this day, the axis of the Earth is balanced with its orbit, making it easier to stand an egg upright.
