Unlike conventional museums, this one employs digital multimedia display technologies. This helps bring the thousand-year-old history and exquisite techniques of Yangzhou jade carving to life, offering visitors an immersive cultural experience.
"Using naked-eye 3D combined with light boxes, we have showcased four national treasures representing the peak of Yangzhou jade carving from the 1980s to the 1990s," said a representative from the Yangzhou Jade Factory.

The museum is also celebrating the inheritance and renewal of Yangzhou jade carving.
Twenty-four exhibits on its second floor showcase how Yangzhou jade ware continues to innovate and develop while preserving the traditional crafts of its predecessors. The pieces focus on composition, structure, layering, modeling, and workmanship, and excel in creating large-scale and mountain-shaped carvings, as well as bottle and stove utensils.
With the rise of live-streaming e-commerce, many practitioners have stepped out from their workshops into the spotlight. The museum has also set up a live-streaming room to embrace the vast opportunities of e-commerce.
