Going on a study tour of Yizheng, a county-level city in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, is one of the best ways to enjoy a delightful family outing during the weekend.

Tourists can visit Yizheng Museum and Nashan Geological Park on the route.

The 5,520-square-meter Yizheng Museum, which boasts a collection of more than 7,000 cultural relics and specimens, provides a glimpse into the social, economic, and cultural activities that took place in the city.

The museum has an interactive area for conducting activities like archaeological simulations, papercutting, jigsaw puzzles, and pitch-pot games.

Nashan Mountain Geological Park, a national 4A scenic spot, is best known for its stone pillars.

The park is a popular national science base that offers a wide range of immersive and engaging courses about geology, botany, and bees to kids.

The park is also known for its Lyuyang green tea. The processing technique for the tea is a Yangzhou intangible cultural heritage item.
