Yanhu village in Hanjiang district, Yangzhou won a provincial title for rural tourism, according to a list released at the opening ceremony of the Zhejiang Rural Tourism Festival on Oct 17 in Yancheng city, Jiangsu province.
After the opening ceremony, a presentation was held to introduce the village to visitors from all over China.
Many cultural and creative products from the village were exhibited on the same day.
Yanhu recently became popular online due to its beautiful scenery as a fishing village.
The village covers an area of 800,000 square meters. It won a national title for tourism in 2017 as well as two provincial titles in 2018.
